Join us BEFORE THE EXPO STARTS in a 30-minute prenatal barre class designed to gently strengthen, tone, and support your changing body.
This low-impact workout focuses on posture, balance, and stability using controlled movements that are safe for pregnancy, postpartum and beyond, leaving you feeling strong, relaxed, and refreshed.

Certified Birth Doula & RYT200

BEFORE THE EXPO STARTS, relax with Ali Cohen for a 45 minute Prenatal Yoga class focused on integrating breath work and movement. Suitable for all trimesters and levels of experience, this session will incorporate a grounding practice to connect with your breath and baby, and flow through safe and supportive postures to help you feel centered, nurtured and relaxed. Participants are encouraged to bring their own yoga mat if available. A limited supply of mats and towels will be provided for those who need them.

Birth Prep Class

This class would be geared towards the importance of push practice with East Tennessee Spine & Sport. Our team would discuss what push practice looks like, discuss breathing techniques, and discuss how this service can help expectant mothers be prepared for delivery. While we can never predict exactly what will happen in the delivery room, we want these mamas to be prepared!
